HYBRID EVENTS REGULATION

DISCOUNT POLICIES AND DIFFERENTIATED FEES
When opting for one of the categories below, please make sure that the teaching/operating institution was correctly registered. No discounts or reimbursements will be made after the registration confirmation.

A copy of the receipt should be submitted upon the accreditation. The failure to submit the receipt will result in the payment of the difference of the amount already paid for the full amount of the subscription.

GROUP DISCOUNT
“Groups of five individuals or more belonging to a same institution are eligible to discounts on the fee for individual participants.

5 to 10 individuals: 15% discount
11 to 20 individuals: 20% discount
Over 20 individuals: 25% discount

To request the discount, please send an email to forulatam@einstein.br informing name, email, Passport or (Individual Taxpayer ID) and interest package for each group member. Instructions on registration with discount will be sent within three business days.”

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
All payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Club.
* If you can not complete your registration, be sure to enable your credit card for international purchases.

CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION
We will only accept cancellations made via the email forumlatam@einstein.br within 15 days before the event. We will reimburse 80% of the invested amount. The minimum term for reimbursement is 30 days from the date of submission of all required documentation. After this date no reimbursement will be made.

REPLACEMENTS
We will only accept replacement requests made via the email forumlatam@einstein.br within 7 days prior to the event.

CANCELLATION/CHANGE OF DATES OF EINSTEIN EVENTS
Ensino Einstein reserves the right to, exceptionally, change dates or cancel events (Online or Onsite Module) that do not meet the minimum number of registered participants or due to force majeure.
In case of cancellation of an event, the participant is assured the right to Receive a full refund (100%) of the amount already paid.
Notice of cancellation or date change will be sent to the e-mail address registered at the time of registration, at least seven days before the event date.
